how long have u known her?
if u really like her that much, u should just cherish and protect the friendship u have now. pushing it might not be a good idea. enjoy her friendly company to the fullest and when u finally feel its the right time, then go.
if she rejects you, (well, just in case. things happen) dont sulk. i know it will be devastating, but just ask her if u could just stay friends. it's better than nothing at all, right?
its just this: what's important is what u have now. cherish it. :D

If you are able to, make friends with some of her friends, or if you have friends who are friends with her, maybe have them talk about you a little bit :)

Well im not much of help but ill try i would say that you need to be friends with some of them atleast know let her know how you feel when its a right time and let her know your not another face in the crowed out there let your self stick out more to her hope you are lucky man

value the frienship you have at this point of time
..then if you think that it's the right time tell her about your feelings...
..if she rejects you tell her that it's ok atleast you show'd her that you love her even at a short time and ask her if she can still be your friend..
