i dont know the exact date but here are proofs that lelouch is still alive:
1.when lelouch died you see him roll on the carpet then nannully touches his hand she see lelouch's memories.the same thing as nannully when suzaku touches c.c. he see c.c.'s memories.
2.there is a posibility that nannully has a geass
3.in the ending you see c.c. talking to someone here are her lines"ang kapangyarihan ng mga hari na mas kilala sa tawag na geass ay naghahatid lang ng pasakit hindi naman talaga tama yun hindi ba lelouch"lelouch is the driver of the of the caritela where c.c. rides.
4.maybe peoples that expirienced geass see the memories of peoples with code or eternal life.
5.maybe suzaku has his own geass

And also in episode 22,maybe the prove that Suzaku had geass...
Suzaku saw some sort of green light forming C2..
And then Suzaku said "Why are you with Zero"? -Suzaku is outside but C2 is inside a knightmare-
C2 then said:"Looks like he can see it...,is this due to he incident in Kamineshima"?
Then C2 said again:"Or maybe he is also.............in that case..." -should be geass user- ;)
Then after that C2 came out from the knightmare.....
Suzaku say:"It is you.."!
C2 asked Suzaku:"Answer me one thing....You..".
And then Lelouch's Geass is starting to be unstable...
C2 is hurt also.....so C2 can't say it out......
Then Suzaku touch C2 again and saw C2's memories then he fainted....Marianne is in it ^^

hmm... if u go read the manga "code geass: nightmare of nunnally", the story would be different. i think nunnally acquired a geass there, and lelouch did not die exactly. something like that.
even though there are facts that lelouch may be alive, i would still like to consider him dead. id like to preserve the sacrifice he made for the world, and in that sacrifice, his life was his side of the bargain.
id like to keep the idea that he died for the world's sake. to keep the story as it is.
well, thats just my opinion. we all have different views anyway :D

.. you maybe right in there.. those who have a code can make their memories seen upon by other people.. just like in the last episode.. well, the only thing is we all like the story to be continued right?? ;)

lelouch is still alive because he killed charles rigth!! now he became immortal... thats why...
